Sanatan yoga
Sanatan Yoga means, eternal yoga. The timeless path of divine union that existed before creation, continues throughout existence, and will remain even after all matter has dissolved.
The word Sanatana in Sanskrit denotes that which is eternal, universal, beginningless (Anadi), endless (Ananta), and everlasting. It refers to the eternal truths and natural laws that guide human life toward union with Divine Consciousness.
Yoga comes from the root Sanskrit word yuj, meaning to join or to unite. It is the union of the individual self with the Higher Self, or the Supreme Reality.
About the Gurukula
In the Sanātana tradition, a Gurukula means “the family of the Guru.”
It's a living tradition rooted in the ancient wisdom of Sanatan Dharma, the eternal way of living in harmony with our true nature and attainment of self-realisation (atma-jnana).
Learn, live, and experience Yoga as a way of life—through authentic teachings, disciplined practice, and a conscious community.

Sanatan Dharma
The “eternal way of life”. Is the timeless spiritual foundation of Bharat Varsha (the Indian subcontinent). The word Sanatan means eternal, and Dharma refers to righteousness, natural law, virtuous living, and alignment with truth.
Together, Sanatan Dharma represents a universal path that governs both the visible and the invisible, the individual and the cosmic existence.
