Duration: 1 Year
Mode: Online Live Sessions + Recorded Content

 

This comprehensive 500-hour Yoga Therapy Teacher Training integrates classical yogic wisdom, therapeutic practices, Ayurveda, modern science, and holistic healing approaches. The program is designed for yoga teachers, therapists, and dedicated practitioners seeking deeper understanding of yoga as a healing science and lifestyle.

Yoga Therapy Training Includes:

  •  Weekly prerecorded teachings on Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, and guided meditation

  •  Live Therapeutic Yoga Theory & Discussion classes every other Saturday (2 PM–5PM) starting September 2026, with recordings available

  •  Daily Morning Hatha Sadhana (7:30 AM–8:00 AM)

  •  Weekly Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, relaxation, and yogic theory sessions

  •  Ongoing self-study, homework, and case studies

 

Fee Structure
 £2200 (full payment in advance)
 OR £400 deposit + 12 monthly instalments of £150 (£2400 total)

Core Yoga Teaching and Sadhana Strature
The course explores yoga therapy through traditional yogic and Hindu scriptures while correlating these teachings with modern anatomy, physiology, psychology, and therapeutic science. Students will learn:

  •  Therapeutic yoga teaching skills

  •  Yogic diagnostic methods and therapy protocols

  •  Kriyas, prakriyas, pranayama, mudras, bandhas, relaxation, and meditation techniques

  •  Holistic lifestyle and healing principles

Everyday (classes mostly taught by Jnandev, also lead by course students as part of teaching practices supporting Gurukula)
