Program Overview
This 52-week Online Yoga Teacher Training is a living sādhanā, not merely a certification. Rooted in Sanātana Dharma and classical Haṭha Yoga, the program integrates philosophy, āsana, kriyā, prāṇāyāma, yoga nidrā, subtle anatomy, and teaching methodology into a single, progressive journey. Students evolve simultaneously as practitioners, seekers, and teachers, gaining the capacity to live, embody, and transmit Yoga as a holistic science of life.

Weeks 1–10: Foundations of Yogic Living & Prāṇic Awakening

Life Principles: Yama, Niyama, Dharma, Karma Yoga, Bhakti, Jñāna, Rāja Yoga, Abhyāsa, Vairāgya, Saṁskāra

Āsana/Kriyā: Sukṣma Vyāyāma, Daṇḍa Kriyās, Plāvinī, Aruṇa & Ṛṣikeśa Sūrya Namaskāra, Chatuṣpāda, Rāja Kapota

Prāṇāyāma: Dīrgha Śvāsa (full progression), introductory Vṛtti Prāṇāyāma

Focus: Establishing discipline, awareness, breath safety, and bodily intelligence
Weeks 11–20: Body Systems, Elements & Prāṇa Vāyus

Life Principles: Āsana Sthiratā, Prāṇa–Apāna, Pañca Prāṇa, Nāḍī Śodhana, Bandha, Mudrā, Kriyā Yoga, Spanda–Niṣpanda, Bhūta Śuddhi

Āsana/Kriyā: Pāda group, Vajra & Vīra, Pañca Mahābhūta Śuddhi, Samasthiti series

Prāṇāyāma: Elemental Vṛtti Prāṇāyāma, Pranava (A-U-M), Savitrī group

Focus: Energetic balance, structural stability, elemental harmony
Weeks 21–30: Mind Training, Polarity & Systemic Health

Life Principles: Citta Śuddhi, Vṛtti Nirodha, Ekāgratā, Pratyāhāra, Dhyāna, Sākṣī Bhāva, Samatva, Bhāvanā, Mauna

Āsana/Kriyā: Kṣatriya Kriyās, digestive, respiratory, pelvic & cardiovascular Haṭha Yoga

Prāṇāyāma: Sūrya–Candra Nāḍī, Anuloma Viloma, Nāḍī Śodhana
-
Focus: Nervous system regulation, emotional maturity, prāṇic refinement
Weeks 31–40: Inner Evolution & Teaching Practice

Life Principles: Avidyā–Vidyā, Kleśas, Tapas, Svādhyāya, Īśvara Praṇidhāna, Śraddhā, Sattva, Guṇa Traya, Karma Phala Tyāga, Līlā Bhāva

Āsana/Kriyā: Immunity, nervous system, nāḍī balancing, Sarvāṅgāsana–Halāsana, Mandala series

Prāṇāyāma: Bhrāmarī, Kapālabhāti, Bhastrikā, Ujjāyī

Teaching: Progressive student-led sessions (sequencing, voice, presence)
Weeks 41–52: Yogic Living, Chakra & Consciousness

Life Principles: Āhāra, Vihāra, Ācāra, Sevā, Saṅga, Smṛti, Jāgratā, Kṣamā, Karuṇā, Vīrya, Jīvanmukti, Sarvaṁ Yogamayam

Āsana/Kriyā: Chakra balancing, Vajroli group, Mūlādhāra to Sahasrāra Haṭha Yoga
-
Prāṇāyāma: Cooling group, Maṇḍala Prāṇāyāma, Chakra Prāṇāyāma
-
Focus: Integration, subtle awareness, teaching from lived wisdom
Live & Recorded Learning Format

Weekly Live Zoom Class: Saturday 10:00–11:30AM (monthly - 10:00 Satsaṅga to 10:30 then Haṭha Yoga, Prāṇāyāma & Yoga Nidra)
